The purpose of this paper is to answer the question of how to foster the development of sexual morality with an Islamic approach to preventing psychosocial harm associated with this issue. To answer this question by analytical-deductive method and interdisciplinary study in Islamic sciences and communication science, while paying attention to the concept of Efaf`s communication as a cultural-communicative theory, a new concept called "Efaf`s education" was considered with regard to the definition of Islamic education. Also, based on the methods and mechanisms of Islamic education, socialization and sexual ethics, the headings of the efaf`s education were extracted. Findings of the research show that religious teachings focus on verbal communication (verbal content) and non-verbal communication (voice, stereotypes, intimate relationship with non-law, perfume, marriage, hijab, look, non-translucency and non-mixing). At the end of the table, there was a laconic education for three childhood, adolescence and youth years, which outlines the methods, factors and content of mental education. فراگیری رسانه‌های الکترونیک در کنار تهاجم فرهنگی غرب، موجب گسترش فضای تحریک نیاز جنسی در جامعه ایران شده است که چالش‌های متعددی را در امنیت اخلاقی جامعه، شکل‌گیری هویت کودکان، مدیریت نیاز جنسی برای نوجوانان و جوانان و بالاخره استحکام خانواده در ایران به وجود آورده است. هدف از این مقاله، پاسخ به چگونگی تربیت عفیفانه برای رشد اخلاق جنسی با رویکردی اسلامی در پیشگیری از آسیب‌های روانی- اجتماعی مرتبط با این حوزه است. برای پاسخ به این مسئله با روش تحلیلی- استنباطی و مطالعه‌ای میان‌رشته‌ای در معارف اسلامی و دانش ارتباطات، ضمن توجه به مفهوم ارتباط عفیفانه به‌مثابه نظریه‌ای فرهنگی- ارتباطی، به‌صورت‌بندی مفهوم جدیدی به نام تربیت عفیفانه با توجه به تعریف تربیت اسلامی پرداخته شد. همچنین با تکیه بر روش ها و مکانیسم های تربیت اسلامی، جامعه پذیری و اخلاق جنسی، سرفصل های تربیت عفیفانه استخراج شد. یافته های تحقیق، نشان می دهد که آموزه های دینی تربیت عفیفانه بر ارتباطات کلامی(محتوای سخن) و غیرکلامی (صوت، استیذان، ارتباط صمیمی با نامحرم، عطر، ازدواج، حجاب، نگاه، عدم تبرج و عدم اختلاط) تأکید دارد. در پایان جدولی از تربیت عفیفانه برای سه دوره کودکی، نوجوانی و جوانی ارائه شد که روش‌ها، عامل‌ها و محتوای تربیت عفیفانه را مشخص می‌کند.
