One of the most important challenges of the first century of the third millennium (the century of aging of the world's population) is the weakening of family and intergenerational relations, which in the past has functioned strongly to support the elderly members of families. The possibility of generational differences and conflicts in the future and with the formation of family centers, consisting of wife and spouse and children, creates less opportunity and possibility to protect the elderly and meet their essential needs. In Iran, too, the country is predicted to face an aging tsunami in the next two decades. Therefore, examining old age with a family approach is necessary as an opportunity or threat. In this article, we intend to study the lifestyle and common and objective conditions of old age in the current era with the help of library and documentary, descriptive and analytical-rational methods. Mention family relationships. Findings indicate that the possibility of caring for the elderly in the family is directly related to the interaction and collective responsibility of the family, which makes larger families more in crisis and less stress. Also, according to activity theory, there are solutions that can improve the quality of interaction with the elderly in the family. On the other hand, religious, scientific and accurate explanation of aging and its effects on the family can reduce the harm of aging in the family to some extent. Therefore, it should always be kept in mind that looking at the elderly at home is in fact an optimistic view of the not-too-distant future. With this view, we can look at childbearing from a futuristic perspective and examine the challenges and opportunities of children.

One of the most important needs of a child is emotional need, one of its examples is the need for affection, peace, security. Parental disregard for emotional needs will have undesirable effects on the child's personality during childhood and adulthood, such as fear, mistrust, rotation, lack of confidence and negligence are some of these undesirable effects that affect a person's childhood and adulthood. Parents who live in their educational methods of extremes, violence, discrimination and comparison, impatience and time to talk and play children with this kind of behavior that show themselves to be an effective factor in causing these problems. Therefore, it is necessary for parents to learn and use principles in their educational style. AbstractThe Islamic government has different duties before the people. One of the most vulnerable segments of society is widows, for whom the Islamic ruler has special duties, as in hadiths, the Prophet (s) and Imam Ali (a) have been mentioned as the refuge of widows. This article tries to study the islamic government's duties toward widows from the perspective of verses and hadiths, and then examine the Islamic model in terms of implementation of Iranian law. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on the data collected in library intermediary resources. According to the findings of this study, from the perspective of verses and hadiths, providing economic needs of widows and creating justice is one of the most important duties of the Islamic ruler, and the ruler should also reduce social harms such as slander, humiliations and psychological harms of widows by creating and creating facilities for quickly addressing widows' complaints and preparing conditions for facilitating communication with counselors. Also, by placing counselors in these two institutions, the government has addressed the problems of widows in the social, economic, law, etc. Gives free advice. However, the problems caused by society's misguided cultures and attitudes, including suspicion, slander and humiliation of widows and sexual harassment, have also been ignored. According to data published by various demographic organizations, fertility rates are decreasing in many countries around the world, including Iran. This can be due to a number of reasons. However, cultural transformations over the past few decades, among other changes, are the most self-explanatory. The growth of individualism and humanist thoughts, changes in beliefs and attitudes, the growth of secularism, changes in family values and transformation are among the most important developments related to fertility. The aim of this study was to study the factors affecting fertility in individual, familial and social domains and to explain a model for family in fertility based on valid evidence and relying on religious teachings. Brinasas, the research method in this study, is qualitative and meta-analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between individualism, modernization, religiosity, secularism and family values in families and fertility, meaning that the more commitment to family religious beliefs, the lower the levels of secularism and individualism, and the higher the attention to family values, the higher the fertility rate in those families. In the meantime, modernization and its impacts on the family, especially women, have contributed greatly to changing attitudes. Therefore, the most important principle is changes in attitude, belief, value and action in three levels of individual, family and society. Attitudes are formed over time and a transformational process, and then they are transformed into beliefs and values and eventually into action, and when they are formed, it is simply not possible to change them, so effective measures should be taken in this regard.

A pattern of marriage is subject to the cultural system. The arrival of modern culture in the Muslim world has made Islamic families face serious problems. Some try to reconcile modernity and the Islamic family, but the reality is that modernity has a fundamental conflict with Islam and the institution of the family. Homelessness in the Western world is the product of modern civilization and modernism has damaged the Islamic world in all areas, especially in the family. Pattern injury of marriage is one of the basic elements of these injuries. To explain this issue, first, a general picture of the family in Islam, the fundamental beliefs and personality of modern human beings is presented. Then, by referring to the requirements of modern culture, the harms of marriage have been rationalized in the form of concepts: sexual commodification, personality heterogeneity, idealization, inability to perform tasks and lowering the threshold of patience and compromise. The totality of the research shows the roots of the problems and how to build a strong Islamic family by consciously confronting modernity.

According to the research findings, the main disadvantages were the lack of theoretical consensus on the national information network among those in charge, unbalanced development, weak social attachment and the dominance of political views. What is now known as the National Operational Information Network is mainly focused on the infrastructure dimension and the two dimensions of service and content have been neglected, and this can not provide the cyber sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the local management of cyberspace.
